Delivery will be in batches, according to the current needs of the Ordering Party.
The size and scope of delivery for each batch of goods will result from the Ordering Party’s instructions, notified by e-mail.
The Contractor is obliged to deliver the ordered batch of goods within 7 days of placing the order, made in accordance with point 5 above. The goods will be delivered at the Contractor’s cost to the Employer’s headquarters in Rzeszów.
The contracting authority allows the submission of partial bids. The contractor may submit an offer for one or two partial tasks according to apportionment in point 2 above. Offers that do not contain the full scope indicated in the description for a given partial task will be rejected.

A contractor who meets the following condition may apply for the contract:
a) having the ability to perform the subject of the contract, i.e. having knowledge, experience, i.e., demonstrates that within the last 3 years before the deadline for submission of tenders, he has completed or is implementing a successive supply of medical materials as required by a minimum of one ordering entity for a minimum period of 12 months. To confirm the fulfillment of the above condition, the Contractor shall submit: List of deliveries made, and in the case of periodic or continuous services, to the extent necessary to demonstrate fulfillment of the condition of knowledge and experience in the last three years before the deadline for submission of tenders, and if the period of business is shorter – during this period, specifying the subject, dates of performance and recipients, and attaching a document confirming that they were made or are being duly performed.

Assessment criteria and description of how the points are awarded:
